Dear Jacques,

I feel we need to support our TP at first at this time and do the will of God, that He wants us to do.

I think, that reffering to somebody's responsibility, is not what God wants us to do.

I believe that things, like Japan's responsibility are more for TF to proclaim about and are not for us to care so much for it. I think it's only TF who has an authority to proclaim it.

And as for us, we need to think and pray what we can do for God in the place we are.
