Parents Matching Community at Google Plus

Today three Blessed Parents from Canada, France and USA took ownership and met on the topic : "How to make the 2nd Generation matching process smoother?". Here are some issues we discussed:

Problem:

1. When 2nd Generations matching efforts gets exhausted, they turn to 1st Generation and other faiths candidates
2. One on one meeting between parents does not seem to work, especially if it is their first time (they did not know each before hand)!

Solution:

1. Meeting as groups makes it less confronting for all parents
2. Meeting online in video conferences (called Hang Out) on Parents Matching Community at Google Plus  social networking site, seems more appropriate for such a task
3. Online meetings need to be on going (weekly, even daily), so parents have more chances to get involved.
